How long does it take to receive the refund?
My Temple Art will grant the refund as soon as we receive your unwanted temple art via traditional postal means, providing your payment has been received. If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be processed immediately. Check your PayPal account for refund status. If you paid via traditional postal means (check/money order), Kagi, or credit card, we will have the refund processed within the next 15 business days.
Note: My Temple Art can not guarantee the time it will take PayPal or the credit card vendor to credit the refund but most have the amount of the refund credited back to the credit card by the next billing cycle.
Exactly how much will I get back if I request a refund?
It depends on how much you paid for your temple art. If you paid $20 for your LDS Temple Art then we will send you $20 back. If you paid us $80 we will send you $80 back. (Costs incurred for return shipping costs will not be refunded.)
Are there any non-refundable fees?
There are in fact some fees that are non-refundable. These include:
Customer custom text error: We strive to design your custom text options exactly how you specify them. We take great care to copy your exact text as you typed it when purchasing your temple art when creating custom temple art pieces. We are not able to compensate the you fully if for some reason you typed in the wrong information, spelling, wording or placement of text. However, we will reprocess your second order at a 20% discount.
Customer shipping address error: If you specified the wrong shipping address and My Temple Art sent your order to the incorrect address that you specified we will not send a second temple art piece to a different address for free. If your temple art get's returned to us we will contact you and reship your order to the corrected address at no charge to you. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be returned to us.
Customer size or type of temple art error: If you selected the wrong size or design type and want to change your mind or correct your order after your temple art has been processed we will not be able to give you a full refund or create a second temple art piece at no charge. But, to maintain a positive relationship with you we will reprocess your second order at a 20% discount.
Money we did not get: Payments sent to places other than My Temple Art will not be refunded. The only money My Temple Art can refund is the money that was given to My Temple Art.
Return shipping costs: The cost for you to return My Temple Art items via traditional postal means will not be refunded.
